Delete your account
You can delete your Masjid Bilal app account and its data at any time — in the app, or by asking us here.
In the app (instant)
- Open the Masjid Bilal app and log in.
- Tap Settings → Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, password, name and cell number
- Your notification settings and event reminders
- The notification tokens of every phone you switched notifications on
- Your sign-in sessions and any verification codes
Nothing is kept afterwards. A record that a deletion was requested (your email and the date) is kept for up to 12 months so we can show the request was handled. Forms you sent on the website (for example a Hifz enrolment) are separate — see our privacy policy to have those deleted too.
Can’t log in? Ask us to delete it
Enter the email you signed up with. We’ll delete the account and all its data within 30 days.
